1.Full Refund for Non-Initiation

If no progress has been made on your project within 3 business days by our assigned team members (designers, developers, content writers, SEO experts, or other professionals), you will be eligible for a full refund.

2.Delay in Delivery

If we fail to deliver your project within the agreed timeframe, you will receive a full refund. However, ewrdigital.org will not be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client communication or feedback.

3.Client Inactivity

If you fail to provide the required project information or instructions within 7 days of the assignment, the amount paid will become non-refundable.

4.15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Web Design Projects)

For newly designed websites, we offer a 15-day partial refund policy. If your website is live and you are dissatisfied with the services, a partial refund may be issued, provided this condition was agreed upon at the time of purchase. Please note that renegotiations after the project has commenced will not be entertained.

5.Post-Approval Stage

Once the initial design mockups have been approved and development has begun, no refunds will be processed.

6.Milestone-Based or Ongoing Projects

Ongoing projects with milestone-based payments (e.g., digital marketing campaigns) become non-refundable once the execution stage begins.
